Shop Refurbs

We are pleased to announce that we have contributed temporary finance for three retail units for McKendry Ltd. of Dundee. We understand that these units, bought at auction, will be refurbished and renovated for hot food licences and then sold on for profit.

1996-10 Edit: This was an highly successful venture. The units were in a terrible state, having been vacant for some time. We had to deal with three different councils, which complicated matters considerably, and slowed the turn-around.
